Shipping Policy
1. General Information
Orders from the Roastery House webshop (roastery.house) are shipped from our warehouse in Budapest, Hungary, via GLS courier service. We currently deliver to 40 European countries.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are detailed below. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed during the checkout process, before finalizing your order.

5. Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated in business days from the date of package dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day following the order.
- Hungary: 1–2 business days
- Zone 1 (neighboring countries): 1–2 business days
- Zones 2–3: 3–5 business days
- Zone 4: 5–8 business days
- Zone 5: 3–7 business days
Note: The above times are indicative. During holidays, extraordinary traffic situations, or force majeure events, delivery times may change.
6. Package Tracking
After each order is dispatched, we send an automatic notification email containing the GLS package tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on the official GLS website (gls-group.com) or using the tracking link you receive.
7. Delivery Attempts
The GLS courier will attempt delivery at the specified shipping address. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is present at the specified location), GLS will leave a notice and make another delivery attempt, or deliver the package to a GLS ParcelShop.
The cost of return shipping due to unsuccessful delivery will be borne by the buyer if the unsuccessful delivery was due to the buyer's fault (e.g., incorrect address provided, prolonged unavailability).
8. Damaged or Lost Package
If the package arrives damaged, please report it to the courier at the time of delivery and take photographic documentation of the damage. Afterwards, please contact our customer service at the following details:

In case of lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with GLS, and depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will provide a replacement shipment or a refund.
9. Changing Shipping Address
You can initiate a change to the shipping address before the order is dispatched, through our customer service. After the package has been dispatched, changing the address is either not possible or only possible with limitations – in such a case, the GLS redirection fee will be charged to the buyer.
